Sherry Shelley Missing Nanaimo: 64-Year-Old Who Has Been Missing Since November 13, 2025. Help Locate Her

The community of Nanaimo is deeply concerned as the search intensifies for 64-year-old Sherry Shelley, who has been missing since November 13, 2025. Loved ones, neighbors, and law enforcement are united in worry, as Sherry’s disappearance is profoundly out of character and now considered highly suspicious by investigators. As efforts continue, the thoughts and prayers of the community remain with Sherry’s family, who are enduring unimaginable uncertainty.

Sherry was last seen at her downtown Nanaimo residence around 9:30 p.m. on November 13, with her final known activity placing her near the Walmart area by Woodgrove Centre. Shortly afterward, she vanished without explanation. Her sudden disappearance prompted immediate action from the Nanaimo RCMP, and the case has since been transferred to the Serious Crime Unit, emphasizing the gravity of the situation and the urgency to locate her.

Deepening concern arose when some of Sherry’s personal belongings were discovered along a remote logging road off Ware Road in Lantzville. These items, found in an isolated area that Sherry would not typically visit, have led investigators to believe she may have traveled between north Nanaimo and the logging road sometime between the night of November 13 and the early morning of November 14. Police are also seeking information about her missing vehicle, a white 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan, which remains unaccounted for and is considered significant to the investigation.

Sherry is described as a warm, compassionate woman whose sudden absence has left her family and community devastated. Friends and relatives emphasize that she is reliable, communicative, and never goes long without checking in—making her disappearance even more alarming. In this difficult time, the community is asked to keep Sherry and her family in their thoughts and to support efforts to bring her home safely.

Authorities are urgently appealing to the public for assistance. Anyone who may have seen Sherry, her vehicle, or anything unusual between the Walmart area and Ware Road is asked to contact the Nanaimo RCMP at 250-754-2345 immediately. Even the smallest detail could help.

As the search continues, the hope of bringing Sherry home remains strong. The community stands together in compassion, vigilance, and unwavering support for her safe return.
